Basic information on the events
Events are additional bot scripts that run independently of the main script, for example, commands or delayed message sending.
You may need to do something in the bot outside the usual script. For example, you can respond to "Thank you" from a client, make another entry point for the bot (not the Start screen), send a message from your CRM system, or do something else.
There are several events in the Botmother to do the things above. The reaction of the bot to them can be different.
All events are created in the Settings section.
