User blocked the bot

The User blocked the bot event is triggered when a user blocks your bot.

To create a User blocked the bot event, go to Settings ➝ Events and click the Add event button. Enter the Event name and select the Type — User blocked the bot.

In Action, you can select the screen that will be triggered when the bot is blocked.

On this screen, use only components that do not send messages to the user — otherwise, the flow will be interrupted.

You can place components on this screen that are visible only to you — for example, Alert or Request. Additionally, the screen triggered by this event can include components for clearing variables or removing tags.

You can move the event up or down using the arrow buttons.

To delete the event, click the Delete button.
