Payments section

In Botmother, the history of all payments is available in the “Payments” section.

Payments are displayed in a table. The most recent transactions are shown at the top, and the further down a payment is in the table, the older it is.

You can search for payments by payment ID, user ID, status (paid, new, canceled, error), platform, and payment provider.

The table includes payments from all connected platforms and payment providers.

By default, the latest 50 transactions are displayed. Click “More” to view earlier transactions.

Each payment in the table can be expanded to view detailed information:

  • Payment details: payment ID and status, status description (for example, “Payment confirmed” or “Awaiting payment”), payment creation and completion time.
  • User and source: name, user ID on the platform, platform name, and payment provider.
  • Scenario: the name of the screen where the payment was made, the name of the screen the user was taken to after payment, the payment description from the component, and the amount paid.
