Refund

You can return the funds within 7 days after paying for the service, but only if you pay for the account for the first time.

To request a refund, write to us at sup@botmother.com from bot owner’s email.

If you do not plan to use the bot, we recommend you cancel your subscription, because the funds charged for auto-renewal of the plan are not refunded.

A few days before the next write-off, a letter comes to the mail with a reminder of the forthcoming write-off of money. We recommend you monitor notifications in emails in order to have time to cancel your subscription, if necessary.
